Some eagle-eyed subscribers might have noticed that we've made a few changes to the Topics section of warc.com. Our Topic Pages – which provide short cuts to latest Warc cases, articles and news on a specific marketing topic or theme – now have a new look, and have hopefully become a lot easier and more convenient to use.

So, what exactly has changed? Read on to find out.

Most immediately, you may have noticed that the pages have been redesigned. For example, our old India Topic Page looked like this:

While the new one looks like this:

Where there were previously three content "streams" that automatically updated whenever a new Indian case study, article or news story was posted to Warc, there is now a single stream. And the main points of each paper in the stream are summarised below the headlines – making it much clearer whether or not it's useful or relevant to you.

Also new is the Warc Recommends section on the right-hand side of the page, in which Warc editors have collected together some must-read papers on India. Should you wish to browse further, you can hit the See More on this Topic button, which will take you to a searchable list of everything we've published on the topic.

There's also an easy way for you to stay updated on your favourite topics without needing to keep revisiting the relevant Topic Pages. By hitting the Get Updates on this Topic button, you sign up to receiving an email whenever we publish new content on the topic. Then you can manage your email settings and unsubscribe at any time via the Your Topics page.

Elsewhere, we've launched four new Topic Pages, on Neuromarketing, Marketing to Youth, Data Strategy and PR Campaigns, in a bid to make the section as relevant as possible.

Finally, we've made a few tweaks to the line-up of Topic Pages on Warc. We've divided them into five broad categories:

  • Consumers: Pages on targeting and reaching individual consumer segments
  • Geographies: Pages on different advertising markets and regions
  • Industries: Pages on each major product and service category
  • Marketing: Pages on creative, business and branding issues
  • Media & Channels: Pages on both new and traditional media touchpoints

And all 81 Topic Pages can be browsed here.

Please email or Tweet us if you have any questions or comments on the changes. We hope you find the revamped Topic Pages useful!
