M1 is the brand which has achieved the highest uplift in Ad Awareness of any brand in Singapore over the past month.
The rise coincides with the telco’s M1 Big Data Plan’ campaign, promoted in conjunction with the launch of Huawei’s P30 series phone.
Launched a month ago, the advertisement features the camera quality of the P30, while asking consumers to share photos taken on it using M1 data.
The ad encourages consumers to buy the new phone under an M1 plan, offering 150 GB free data to anyone who purchases the phone with M1.
Since the launch, YouGov BrandIndex data shows that Ad Awareness (whether someone has seen or heard an advert broadcast by a company in the past two weeks) has risen by 9 percentage points - from 14% to 23%.
