The rise coincides with their new ‘All Free’ and ‘No Fixed’ promotion, conveyed through a fun, catchy, rap song. It’s ‘All Free’ promotion promises zero-fee transactions, and ‘No Fixed’ allows withdrawals, while continuing to get 1.6% interest.
Launched two weeks ago, the advertisement features singer CB, a contestant of popular singing competition The Star 10. The videos have been featured across social media and billboards across the nation.
YouGov BrandIndex data shows that TMB Bank’s latest advertisements have captured attention. TMB Bank’s Ad Awareness score (whether someone has seen an advert for the brand in the past two weeks) has risen from +25 to +37 over the past month, jumping 12 points.
Thais are not only noticing TMB Bank’s adverts, but the brand has also seen an increase in Current Customers, with their score on this metric jumping from +18 to +24. The increase of +6 indicates that more people have been attracted to become a customer of TMB Bank over the past month.
