Faisal has led partnerships at eBay for many years, growing the activity from small, tactical activations to viral collaborations with Disney, Warner Bros and Capital FM amongst many others. He is a champion of diverse thinking and collaborative brand building who challenges the norm and looks to create surprises and moments of delight for brands and customers alike.
Sonia Bouadma
Vice President, Rights Clearance and Licensing for Advertising, Greenlight
Sonia has been with Greenlight for sixteen years and, as head of the UK office, is currently in charge of all EMEA clients and operations. She began her career working on clearances and content licensing for game manufacturers but now is primarily focused on ad agency work, clearing various IP rights (music, movies and talents) for commercial campaigns.
Rahul Chawra
Founder & Chief Consultant, Decode Strategy Labs
Over his 15-year career, Rahul has partnered with leading multinational companies on strategic marketing, brand management, consumer research, and communication projects of local, regional and global scope. In his current role, Rahul runs his own marketing consulting and education company, Decode Strategy Labs, out of Singapore and consults a mix of multi-national brands and start-ups.
René Coiffard
Chief Strategy Officer, OMD Germany
René has over 17 years of experience across various media disciplines and joined OMD Germany in March 2020 as Chief Strategy Officer. In this role, he drives topics such as strategy, transformation, insights and innovations and is pushing a culture of creativity. Since joining, René has led several large pitches and had a significant stake in the agency group's thought leadership project.
Nazia Du Bois

Nazia runs Ricebowl Strategy, an award-winning strategy practice that helps brands to take on progressive and impactful roles in global culture, with a focus on amplifying BIPOC and underrepresented voices. Prior to founding Ricebowl, Nazia was Global Chief Strategy Officer at DAVID. Previously, she was an academic at Oxford working on gender representation in the Chinese media.

Chiradeep Gupta
Global Media Strategy Director, Unilever
Chiro is responsible for driving Unilever’s media strategy and approaches both locally and globally. He also leads and drives key Global Media partnerships. Previously, he was part of the Global Media team based in Singapore, partnering the global brands based there and driving the communication planning and partnership agenda for emerging markets. He has been with Unilever for nine years.
Megan Jones

Megan currently leads the agency’s media capability and serves as the media lead for several client teams. Over the past 20 years, Megan has orchestrated a wide range of media experiences that influence consumer behaviour and drive business outcomes. She began her career at Arnold Worldwide before joining one of WPP’s media agencies. Megan has been with Digitas since 2012.
Sue McGregor
Head of Sponsorship & Corporate Marketing, ANZ Bank New Zealand
Sue has been a passionate Sponsorship brand marketer for nearly 20 years. She has restructured how sponsorship was used at ANZ by identifying sponsorship opportunities to drive commercial outcomes. Sue was responsible for the strategy that allowed ANZ to reposition itself in the New Zealand market, enabling one of the most significant successful brand mergers in New Zealand between the ANZ and National Bank.
Sannah Rogers
Managing Director, Zenith
Sannah started out at Zed Media in 2001. Since then, Sannah has been Zenith’s Head of Digital Trading and Publicis Media’s Business Development Lead. In 2018, Sannah returned to Zenith as Managing Partner responsible for key clients and driving new business growth. In 2019 Sannah was promoted to Managing Director, when she was listed in Campaign’s Hot in 2019 Top 10 Media Planners.
Siddarth Sivaprakash

Siddarth is a full-time dad and part-time advertising and marketing professional with over 18 years of cross-functional experience at multinational agency networks, across creative and management roles. His areas of expertise include integrated marketing, creative and brand strategy and brand identity design. He has a demonstrated history in leadership roles, motivating teams to consistently produce a better quality of work that is solution-centric.
Mickael Vinet

Mickael graduated from the French School of Business in 2000 as a marketing specialist and his previous roles at Coca-Cola have included General Manager of the Coca-Cola Russia 2018 FIFA World Cup project team and Director of the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Torch Relay.
Lee Walsh
Head of Media, APAC, Uber
Lee is responsible for managing Uber's investment in paid media across the region. He has previously held leadership roles with Essence (WPP), Carat (Dentsu) and Ogilvy, where he worked on accounts including Google, American Express and General Motors. He has been based in Singapore for nine years and also has experience working in Australia, the UK and Spain.
Richard Warren
Director of Marketing Communications, Lloyds Banking Group
In 2000 Richard founded DLKW as Director of Strategy, which grew to become the UK’s largest independent agency, before merging with Lowe in 2010. During this time, he won three IPA Effectiveness Gold Awards. In 2017 Richard moved into media as Managing Director of Lloyds Banking Group’s media agency Greenhouse GroupM. In 2018 he moved across to Lloyds Banking Group, as Director, Marketing Communications.

A highly respected and well-known strategic leader with twenty years’ experience, Kate has worked across sectors as diverse as automotive, retail, government and public sector, FMCG and financial services.
