The global chairman of Mediaedge:cia is adding the role of North American ceo after the incumbent, Steve Lanzano, resigned.
Charles Courtier will assume responsibility for the network’s US and Canadian operations. Lanzano, meanwhile, moves to the post of worldwide media services director at WPP Group sibling MindShare after five years heading Mediaedge in the region.
