DraftWorldwide is reshuffling its senior executives as it prepares for the departure of president/chief operating officer Jordan Rednor to the network’s parent, Interpublic Group.

David Florence, president of Draft’s New York office, moves up to international president, taking sole charge of the agency’s operations in thirty countries excluding the US. These duties were previously split between Rednor and European president Valerie Taylor, who is leaving the network.

Laurence Boschetto, general manager of the New York office, replaces Florence as president.

Rednor’s forthcoming post at Interpublic has not yet been specified.
