Audiences are split on returning to the cinema, though France and the United States are more positive, according to research from target audience company GWI.
Across the six markets surveyed, 40% of the online population say they are comfortable visiting the cinema. This is only slightly ahead of the 38% who say they are uncomfortable visiting.
France and the United States are two exceptions, though, where the share of people saying they feel comfortable visiting the cinema is significantly higher than those feeling uncomfortable.
