Mark Evans – Managing Director of Marketing and Digital, Direct Line Group
Mark started his career at Mars and for 10 years worked on a number of their global brands across sectors and geographies. He then worked at 118118 and HSBC. He joined Direct Line Group in 2012 and has overseen the transformation of DLG's brands and marketing approach, including the multi-award-winning reinvigoration of the flagship Direct Line brand.
Aarti Bharadwaj – Vice President, Analytics, APAC, Essence
Aarti designs and executes new ways to measure and optimise marketing campaigns. With more than 16 years of experience in consulting and research, Aarti was most recently Vice President at Publicis Media in India, leading its analytics hub to deliver solutions to consumer packaged goods, banking and retail clients. This followed stints at Starcom and Mindshare in India.
Youmna Borghol – Head of Data Science, Choueiri Group
Youmna started her career at National ICT Australia as a Data Scientist before moving to MediaCom Australia as the Director of Business Science, focusing on data-driven marketing and communications strategies to solve real business objectives for advertisers. She now heads the Data department at Choueiri Group, overseeing all aspects of the data team and data-related product solutions.
Matt Brown – Director of Media, SYZYGY
Matt Brown joined the company six and half years ago from his position as Head of Search & Social at MailOnline. In his time as Director of Operations, he contributed to the successful definition, operationalisation and delivery of SYZYGY's values and services. As Director of Media, Matt broadened his role to encompass the growth of SYZYGY's media offering.
Neala Brown – Global Head of Marketing Measurement, Havas Media Group
Under Neala's leadership, the team has pivoted to a core focus on data strategy and testing and learning while leveraging foundational reporting and analysis to drive media, audience and business insights. She has a master's degree in Integrated Marketing Analytics from Northwestern University.
Mark Halliday – Chief Digital and Data Officer, Manning Gottlieb OMD
Mark aims to deliver excellence in digital execution, data strategy, measurement and effectiveness and the application of Omnicom's people-based precision marketing and insights platform, Omni. His holistic experience allows him to take a solution-first approach when working with clients with a focus on driving business growth. He has worked in a variety of roles across Omnicom Media Group for 13 years.
Sam Knowles – Founder & Managing Director, Insight Agents
Sam helps organisations build impactful, human stories, rooted in data and statistics. He wrote 2018's critically-acclaimed Narrative by Numbers, and the 2020 sequel How To Be Insightful. A sought-after speaker, trainer, and podcaster, he co-founded the Small Data Forum podcast and chairs I-COM's Data Storytelling Council.
David Lloyd – Head of Data & Insight, Wunderman Thompson UK
David leads the data practice and is responsible for Data Strategy, CRM, Digital Performance, Analytics and Data Science. He plays a key role in delivering business growth to Wunderman Thompson's clients through end-to-end data insight driven solutions; unifying data, customer and market insight, CRM strategy through to targeting, personalisation, measurement and optimisation.
Pete Markey – Chief Marketing Officer, TSB
Pete leads all brand and marketing communications at one of the UK's leading challenger banks. He previously held director-level roles at Aviva, Post Office, RSA Group and MORE TH>N. Pete has also worked in British Gas, the AA and One.Tel in a range of marketing roles. He is a Fellow of both the Marketing Society and CIM.
Justine O'Neill – Director, Analytic Partners
Justine has been with Analytic Partners since 2010. Her team works with many of the retail and hospitality clients at Analytic Partners, specialising in maximising return on investment on multi-country marketing evaluation programmes. Justine spent two years working in Analytic Partners' headquarters in New York where she worked with US travel and banking clients.
Hari Ramanathan – Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer, VMLY&R Asia
Hari has been a part of (VML)Y&R since 2007, overseeing strategy for all VMLY&R markets in Asia, both for clients as well as the agency's own growth and strategy initiatives. Beyond this, Hari leads the agency's data and analytics practice, and is part of VMLY&R's global advisory board on data intelligence.
Sannah Rogers – Managing Director, Zenith UK
Sannah started out at Zed Media as a graduate in 2001. Since then, she has been Zenith's Head of Digital Trading and Publicis Media's Business Development Lead. In 2018, Sannah returned to Zenith as Managing Partner responsible for key clients and driving new business growth. She became Managing Director in 2019.
Randolph Tan – Managing Partner, Digitas Malaysia
Randolph serves as the Managing Partner of Digitas Malaysia. In an increasingly fragmented ecosystem of products, platforms and services, he sees an exciting field of opportunity to craft a better relationship between brands and consumers. He holds an Msc in Technology Management and brings more than 10 years of technology experience to the group.
Nathalie Torres – Director of Data, I&CO
Nathalie is the Director of Data at I&CO, a business invention firm in Brooklyn, creating new products and services for great clients like UNIQLO, ASICS, and Toyota. She teaches at Cornell Tech on the entrepreneurial spirit, and speaks at a wide range of events, including AI Talks at Pratt.
Amelia Ward – Head of Digital, PHD Sydney
With over 20 years in the media and marketing industry across Sydney and London, Amelia has worked with a number of the world's leading brands. She is passionate about digital, data and technology, with a keen focus on the future. Amelia describes herself as two parts nerd, one part creative, with a sprinkling of grammar geek.
