International banking giant HSBC has finalised its UK below-the-line squad with the roster appointment of marketing communications shop Rapier.

The agency, which formerly serviced Barclays Bank, will work on HSBC’s campaigns in tandem with fellow-roster shops St Luke’s and Advertising Principles.

Rapier’s brief is to focus on targeted communications and direct mail, while St Luke’s continues to handle most of the client’s press work. Advertising Principles, as before, will concentrate on TV, outdoor and other media.
