However, in 2012, Investec recognised that despite having built a reputation as a leading private bank, they didn't offer a product that allowed clients to bank with them directly.

This project illustrates how research helped a global business to overhaul the way it designs and launches products and how it communicates with its customers, identifying new business opportunities and leading to significant new investment in the process. The results helped to deliver a groundbreaking new product that has taken the market by storm and outperformed initial expectations.
