Objective

In Tet 2020, ZaloPay - the mobile payment app has integrated with Zalo - the messaging and social networking app, making the fintech giant the first social payment service in Vietnam. Our mission was to make online transactions convenient and accessible to all Vietnamese people.

Even though the 2020 campaign was a remarkable success to ZaloPay, we set the bar even higher this year. If Tet 2020 campaign only focused on recruiting new users and generating transactions, 2021 ambition was much more rounded, including:
