A large majority of consumers have shifted the way that they shop in the past twelve months, according to a report from Software as a Service (SaaS) engine Coveo. Out of 4,000 adults surveyed, 83% of shoppers are relying on more affordable and store-brand options. As a result, brand loyalty may become more volatile; e-commerce retailers will need to assess the value of their products accordingly.
