Netflix ended last year with 222m paid subscriptions, driven by strong growth in Asia Pacific and Europe, the Middle East and Africa, according to the company's latest results.
In Q4 2021, the company added 8.3m subscriptions from the previous quarter to take the total to 221.8m.
Asia Pacific saw the strongest growth from the previous quarter, rising 8.6% to 32.6m, and is closing the gap with Latin America. Europe, the Middle East and Africa also reported a strong increase, up by 5.0% to 74.0m, and looks set to overtake the United States & Canada in size in 2022....
