Home is the biggest asset of any Indian household. 90% of the people building a home in India are doing it for the first time. Also, most Indians build a home just once in their lifetime. Hence, this is their only chance to build a home that they aspire for.

Most Individual Home Builders (IHB) rely on their contractors, masons or relatives for information during their home building journey. Lack of complete knowledge, and no reliable source of information leads to a huge gap between the kind of home they want to build vs what they know...
