The Baked Treats Category is driven by indulgence, flavours, textures and formats. (Mintel 2017) Put simply, product innovation.
Tinkies hadn't launched a new flavour since the beginning of 2019, and more than a year later, we still had no product innovation. The job to be done was simple, launch a new Tinkies product but what?!
