Background to Task
Strathclyde Police is committed to reducing violent crime. This is defined as the offences of murder/attempted murder, robbery/attempted robbery, serious assault, and abduction.
Strathclyde Police launched The Spotlight Campaign in October 1996. However the task set to the Glasgow Agency in 2000 was twotier.
