Stop "guessing TA likes", the R/GA report reveals that 68% of Chinese consumers are not sure whether they will buy the same product again

According to the 2021 R/GA China Consumer Experience Report, brands cannot try to change their users, but they can change the brand experience to better fit users. In the new market environment, users will increasingly rely on brands that provide them with the tools and resources they need to achieve their goals, and eventually become "the next better self."
