Objective
After a full year of working remotely, our workflow was strong, but our team members' connections to one another were suffering. Impromptu happy hours and quick chats at the coffee maker can't exactly be replaced by video chat. Our employee surveys showed that Starmarkers were longing to re-engage in a way not possible through video meetings. Our objective was to find a way to bring the Starmark team back together and improve morale across our entire team.
