The 2021 approach, in which Shell had broken its routine of creating commercials for every product and service and which had conveyed all our messages through an umbrella campaign, had conveyed all its messages with the right celebrity choice and communication strategy. This had been crowned with the market share leadership (Source: EMRA/EPDK). We had explained in the 2021 communication how we constantly stayed ahead by doing "what." Time for the "why" came next.
