Riding India’s e-commerce wave to grow brand reach and accessibility

India’s expanding e-commerce scene has had a profound impact on consumer buying habits in recent years, allowing various business models to flourish, and a panel at ad:tech 2023 discussed how brands can drive engagement and retention to continue growing.

E-commerce in India is driving growth in the luxury market and giving rise to new business models such as quick delivery services, according to a panel discussion at ad:tech 2023.

The panellists comprised Mohua Das Gupta, Head of Marketing at Tata CLiQ (Luxury), Shreyansh Modi, Head of Growth at Zepto and Martje Abeldt, the CEO of RevX.

They were speaking at the recent ad:tech marketing summit in Gurugram, where leaders across marketing, technology and media communities identified business growth drivers and the trends defining the digital economy in 2023.
