Randstad ANZ: RecruitAble – building careers for people with disabilities

Randstad, a recruitment company launched a campaign in Australia to build mass awareness for RecruitAble, a two-year pilot program, shift the discourse around people with disability in the workplace, position itself as an industry leader and champion for positive change around diversity and inclusion, and deliver a positive media outcome.

The Challenge

In early 2022 Australia's leading recruitment company, Randstad, partnered with Get Skilled Access and Australia's Department of Social Services (DSS) to launch RecruitAble, a two-year pilot program centred around developing more inclusive recruitment, staff training and "inclusive culture health checks" within Australian workplaces. The program's goal is to help ensure jobs for the long term for more than 100,000 people with disability in Australia, in turn driving positive diverse and inclusive outcomes for employers and broader society.
