Netflix has signed up to BARB’s independent TV measurement system in the UK. BARB’s latest Q3 results reported that Netflix accounts for 8.2% of video viewing, 2.3 times more than Amazon and 2.7 times more than Disney+. The average daily viewing time for the leading streaming service was 19 minutes in September.
Globally, Netflix came back from its losses in Q2 and added 2.4 million this quarter, totalling 223 million subscriptions.
