NatHealth: WeStandWithIndia – building a path to recovery in collaboration

NATHEALTH, a healthcare provider in India, increased revenues for Indian hospitals through the campaign ‘WeStandWithIndia’, in which it brought together leaders of prominent healthcare organisations to provide a unified message on Covid 19.

Situational Analysis and Challenges

The second wave of the pandemic unleashed a direct impact on hospitals, nursing homes, small health facilities and labs, resulting in low non-COVID revenues and business. There were low footfalls, fear and reluctance among chronic disease patients to come to hospitals and diagnostic centres for tests, health checks and treatment.
