Strategy
Objective
- Increase awareness for McDonald's Drive Thrus, cementing our position as the original Drive Thru (DT)
- Leverage Drive Thrus to drive Guest Counts (GCs), especially when a large number of stores were shut for dine-in in most markets and other delivery channels were hit adversely. DTs had consistently contributed to 2% of total GCs for all of 2019 and we wanted to see that move to at least 5 %.
