We see a lot of stigma around working for an agency, where employees are often undervalued and feel as if they are just a number - we at Irvine Partners refuse to let our employees feel this way and thought long and hard about how we could ensure that that no employee would fear raising an issue with management or feel as if they didn't serve an important purpose.
