Imagine an ad agency saying to its clients that it will issue a money-back guarantee on all its advertising.

When companies buy cars, computers, furniture or services, they expect their money back if the service is not delivered as contracted. People expect their doctors, pool-builders and architects to have professional indemnity insurance: if the pool does not work, or the building collapses, the builder can be sued against their indemnity funds.
