Background
In Hungary, postmen and paramedics have extreme difficulties finding hundreds of thousands of residents that have no house numbers on their properties. Although this is their responsibility, in many cases, the public bodies are to be blamed. With its integrated PR campaign, Hungarian Post not only rose awareness of this issue while strengthening its reputation, but also achieved a measurable social impact.
