Executive summary

With businesses heavily impacted by COVID-19 and the ensuing lockdown, people had accepted that ‘letting go of employees’ was the unfortunate but unavoidable way. This acceptance was fuelling unemployment.

We wanted to show the world, there IS another way! And if you just had the courage for it, people on Facebook would come together to support you....
