EY, a multinational professional services partnership, received positive player feedback by creating a real board game that was enriched with digital content.

Initial situation and problem definition

The six hottest summers in Austria were within the last ten years. This means that 13,000-year-old lakes like Lake Neusiedl are on the verge of drying up. It means that ancient glaciers like the Pasterze on the Großglockner are melting away. It also means that we may only be able to tell our children and grandchildren about our beautiful country of Austria instead of showing it to them.
