The latest Nancy Salz survey reported that 'advertiser-agency relations are strained.' I suppose that's true, and even if it isn't, agencies should probably act as if it is. Just as clients might want to check to see if they might be contributing to the strain by demanding more service from better people for less money, for example.
Having said that, I still demurred when requested to contribute a piece about 'how best to improve...
