Campaign Overview
Boards of Change is a civic engagement initiative created by The City of Chicago and When We All Vote to encourage minority voters in Chicago to register to vote in the 2020 election. On the heels of civil unrest, the campaign transformed plywood boards covered with street art supporting the Black Lives Matter movement into voting booths complete with a QR code to register to vote.
