Facebook, originally focused on social sharing and consumer markets, shows every sign these days of becoming the social marketing channel of choice among business-to-business brands.
For the first time, Facebook has surpassed LinkedIn as B-to-B's most-used social channel, according to the 2017 Social Media Marketing Industry Report" by Social Media Examiner. The firm's ninth annual survey, based on responses from 5,700 B-to-B marketers, found that 43 percent of respondents viewed Facebook as their most important social channel, followed by LinkedIn (37 percent) and Twitter (12 percent).
