Objectives
With People are the Places, Aeromexico invented a new digital way to sell plane tickets, becoming the first airline in the world to take its customers to literally millions of destinations. This single statement worked as the starting point to build a strategy that would help the brand to not only win awareness, consideration, and preference among our target, but also increase the purchase frequency rate of their current customers, and attract potential customers, creating an increase in short-term sales and medium-term bookings.
