Objective

Accelerate Vietnam Digital 4.0 (AVD 4.0), is a free up-skilling program by Google aimed at making Vietnamese SMEs digitally savvy. When the program was conceived in 2018, only one in five SMEs was online. So the program's goals were:

  1. To train 500,000 people by 2022
  2. To support the government's mission of creating opportunities for every Vietnamese to learn and succeed.
  3. To create social proof for their training program
