The year 2020 was, as you would expect, quite a year for Amazon: the internet giant’s full-year revenues were up 38% on 2019 to reach $386 billion and its Q4 income alone topped $125 billion. Spurred on by the pandemic, the company has invested heavily in its logistics and member services, the combination of which has brought customers back more often and to buy higher volumes.
