Out-of-home budgets see growth for first time since COVID-19

Out-of-home advertising budgets have returned to growth for the first time since the coronavirus pandemic began, according to the latest figures from WARC Data's Global Marketing Index (GMI).
Why it matters
The coronavirus pandemic caused a rapid cut in advertising budgets but the recovery continues to accelerate. All six media covered by WARC's GMI have recorded their best performance in June since COVID-19 started - digital, mobile and TV budgets have accelerated their growth while radio and press budgets are slowing their decline.
