Roland DG is a Japan-based global manufacturer of large-format inkjet printers, integrated printer/cutters and vinyl cutters. The company is a leader in its core market – sign and graphics – ahead of rival brands Mimaki, Mutoh and HP. However, despite developing a series of innovative printers for the textile market, the company has close-to-zero brand awareness amongst textile print businesses.
