Lenovo: Kind cities

Lenovo, the US-Chinese technology company, invested in a campaign that promoted the use of technology to develop cities worldwide, driving awareness and brand reputation.

'Kind City' is the story of doing the opposite of the usual smart city rhetoric expected from tech brands - talking about humanity, instead of tech. The Lenovo's Kind City Project re-imagined how we could build our communities and cities around the world post-COVID based on empathy and, in less than a year, a network with tens of thousands of social innovators across 90 countries embraced and applied its 10 Founding Principles of Kindness. Lenovo presents The Kind City: a globally crowdsourced vision of a future, built entirely on kindness.
