Objective
The strategic objective was to drive the right people to the store who currently are in-market for buying foundation, to ease their journey of trying out multiple foundation shades in the store and to help them find their perfect shade. Estée Lauder understands the struggle of finding the right foundation shade and hence developed the iMatch tool to help women. But to drive the right audiences into the right stores with 100% accuracy was a challenge.
