Objective
To increase the pace of our recovery after the COVID-19 restrictions, which prevented people from visiting our stores, we realised we couldn't solely focus on our digital channels. Especially in the Abu Dhabi emirate, where research found that there are segments of the population who prefer physical in-store interactions and would rather change telco providers than transacting online.
