Objective
Our goals were to:
- Build customer loyalty, increase profitability value.
- Increase Club Carrefour members by one million in one year, and 9 million 'active' customers by 2022.
- Improve Brand Equity.
- Consolidate the Club's positioning as the leading loyalty program.
Target Audience
Consumer promotions occupy much of the space in media for all players in the distribution business. They generate lots of noise and saturate the channels with constant discounts throughout the year.
