Objectives
We were faced with unexpected and enlarged volumes of one of our hero product brands, Sunlight. At the same time, Sunlight announced a looming price increase, making it more expensive for our shoppers and, ultimately, more difficult for us to move the stock from shelves. However, as one of our hero brands, we instinctively knew that our shoppers still loved Sunlight, we just needed to remind them of that.
