How conversational AI can help tackle research problems

People are more likely to open up when questioned on sensitive subjects if they are dealing with an AI-powered survey rather than a traditional one, according to research by the7stars and Differentology.

A project designed to “research the research” by identifying differences in the way people respond to surveys powered by AI compared to regular surveys found that in many cases, people are more engaged and give more thorough answers in the AI version.

This is especially the case when it comes to sensitive questions that people are often reluctant to answer in much detail, if at all, though the findings also show that sometimes, a simple “unintelligent” survey is good enough.
