The biggest challenge for GOI was inertia, apprehension & fear around COVID vaccines, further fueled by rumours on-ground and social media.
The challenge was compounded by 2nd wave and issues like vaccine raw material shortage which made daily vaccination slower than required and we needed to keep people consistently engaged around COVID appropriate behaviour
We needed to identify real-time insights around the daily narrative that was building, on-ground, social media and create a counter that helped alleviate fears, ease hesitancy & ensure COVID protocols were followed.
