The first comprehensive benchmarking survey of ANA members and AAAA agencies was designed to capture best practices and improvement actions on how to enhance the advertiser/agency relationship. Rather than yet another survey on “what's wrong,” this 360-degree research — which included both clients and agencies — took a “marriage counselor” view of what makes the “marriage” work.
