Science, art and virtual reality: an appreciation of Charles Channon

If his contemporaries Stephen King and Stanley Pollitt were the architects of the Account Planning revolution then Charles Channon, who died suddenly on March 30th, was its resident sociologist: I describe him in such terms because 'sociology' was the word he used to describe the way he looked at the planning process.
