Through this rapid metamorphosis, Zoom's expansive marketing team recognized the need to benchmark & measure its brand perception among numerous target audiences & industries. With no single data point to explain brand perception, multiple marketing teams took on disparate brand perception measurement efforts that were not feeding into one cohesive strategy.
