Many targets have been set worldwide to reach net zero emissions by a certain year but few know how to actually reach their targets. In Southeast Asia, electricity demand keeps increasing but fossil fuels and coal are still the dominant source of energy. Additionally, coal is a somewhat sensitive subject in the region, but is also a crucial topic for discussing the roadmap to net zero.
