Visa, a payment technology company, created a series of educational workshops in Taiwan in partnership with industry bodies to educate the market on the need for, and benefits of, digital transformation, and build a leadership position.

This includes small and micro businesses (SMBs) and small and micro enterprises (SMEs). The two differ in scale but together form a unique business community that is the backbone of global economy, and among the most affected by the pandemic.

Visa aims to support 50 million impacted small businesses worldwide and 10 million in APAC, thereby helping local communities recover while promoting the adoption of digital commerce and stimulating economic growth.
