ISS A/S, a Danish facilities management company, improved its external profile and standing among employees by developing a C-suite communications strategy on LinkedIn, growing the number of overall posts and improving the company’s reputation.

ISS A/S is a leading workplace experience and facility management company. Our 350,000 employees - "placemakers" - are the heart, soul, and greatest asset of the business. Consequently, they are the primary drivers and contributors to our reputation and brand.

Our Executive Group Management (EGM) represent ISS and our placemakers. They are meant to embody and portray ISS as the Company of Belonging, as well as the most respected global leader in the facilities management industry.
